Erin Lazzaro is a vibrant and multifaceted individual, with a passion for movement and wellness that has been the driving force of her career for over a decade. As a performer in NYC, she has honed her craft in a variety of settings, from on stage to choreographer, and has developed a deep understanding of the transformative power of creative expression. As a teacher of dance and movement, she has inspired countless students to tap into their own inner rhythm and find their unique voice. As a licensed massage therapist, she has helped countless individuals to release tension and find relief through the healing touch of her hands. And as the co-owner and manager of Flo Retreat Center, she has created a sacred space for artists to come together, recharge, and refocus. Through her work, Erin hopes to inspire others to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and self-awareness, to harness the power of movement as a means of self-discovery and creativity, and to connect with others on a deeper level. What sets Erin apart is her playful, free-spirited nature - she's not afraid to be silly in front of herself or other people, and she's always up for an adventure. And despite her many accomplishments, she's never taken herself too seriously - instead, she's always striving to stay light-hearted, curious, and open-hearted. Through her work, Erin hopes to inspire others to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and self-awareness, to harness the power of movement as a means of self-discovery and creativity, and to connect with others on a deeper level - all while remembering to laugh, have fun, and not take anything too seriously!
