I didn’t choose movement—movement chose me. When there were two options, and one of them had to do with movement, that’s the one I picked. Dance, fitness, massage therapy, yoga, stilt walking, and so much more. Over time, I learned how to communicate through movement. Honestly, I didn’t put all the pieces together until much later.
At first, I had tunnel vision for musical theater in NYC. My goal in life was simple: I wanted to perform. I would do anything to be on stage—it was my life force. When I moved to NYC, I quickly realized I needed a job that would allow me the flexibility to keep performing. That’s when massage therapy entered the picture. Unknowingly, I created a business that kept me connected to the people I loved most—dancers. Through this, I learned how and why the body works, how the mind is perfectly connected to the body, and how a simple touch could help heal a tired performer.
Then came 2020, and everything changed. During the pandemic, I lost myself. My identity as a performer shattered, just like it did for so many others, and once again I was forced to confront the question of movement. For the first time in my life, I chose stillness. I sat. I slept. I read. I did everything I’d never had time for before. It was a time of deep mourning for the life I thought I’d lost—and a time for rediscovery. I learned who I truly was—not Erin the performer, or Erin the massage therapist—but just Erin.
As time passed, I reintroduced movement into my life, but this time, only as a celebration—not a necessity. I love to move because it feels good, not because I have to in order to get ahead.
Now, I split my time between Costa Rica, where my husband and I run wellness retreats, and NYC, where I continue to reinvent myself in the worlds of theater and wellness. If you’re here, you’re probably on your own reinvention journey too. Let’s do it together. Let’s create full-body joy.

Why not? We only have one body. Why not learn about it, explore it, and celebrate it, instead of punishing it for simply responding to how we treat it? Learning about how and why our bodies move is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. I’m lucky enough to have already started on the path of learning and loving my own body, and I want to share that with you. Here’s the thing—every body is both the same and completely unique. We all have a shared foundation, but there’s also this beautiful individuality in how we move and feel. That’s why it’s so important to explore what works best for you—and that’s where I come in. I’m here to help you discover how your body works, feels, and thrives in a way that’s perfect for you.

So, what does all this actually mean? It means we’ll work together to create a movement and body awareness plan that’s right for you. I’ll bring in the skills I’ve gathered over the years—massage therapy, dance, yoga, fitness, and more—to craft a lifestyle that fits your life, not the other way around.
