Beginners
You are a beginner who is interested in starting yoga but doesn’t know where to start. Let’s be real - instagram yoga isn’t yoga. Together we can talk about the specifics of YOUR body while learning some of the basics so you feel confident moving your body and walking into the studioLet’s explore together what moving our bodies mean!
Accountability
You need a buddy! Listen - accountability is everything! Maybe you love yoga but you struggle getting on your mat or have a hard time staying consistent. That’s what Im here for. Creating a plan that you can look forward to instead of it feeling like another addition to your to do list.
Advancement
You already have practice for movement and yoga but have some goals that are difficult to achieve in a regular yoga class like arm balances or other funky shapes. Or you want help breaking down postures! I try to come off as cool as a cucumber but when it comes to functional anatomy I’m such a nerd!
